Before founding Connect Japan, held multiple key managerial and leadership roles at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd., one of Japan’s most prominent manufacturing giant, where responsibilities included managing high-value power plant projects across Asia, the Middle East, CIS countries, and Africa — managing multi-billion yen contracts, driving cost-saving innovations, and resolving complex international claims with global stakeholders. Areas of expertise include project execution, international sales, business development, finance, global negotiation and team leadership.

 

An alumnus of Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (Japan) with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Information & Communication Technology, built a career that bridges global markets and cultures. Fluent in Japanese, English, Bengali, and Hindi, thrives in multicultural environments and passionate about creating long-term partnerships that connect talent, technology, and trade between Japan and the world.
